Reliable Transport Solutions and Direct Communication in Growing Cooperation

DB Schenker is a global logistics and transport services company that offers a wide range of solutions for freight transportation, warehousing, and supply chain management worldwide.

Schenker Oy, operating in Finland, began its collaboration with Piako in 2018, when the company made its first purchases. Over the years, the cooperation has expanded, and new products have been introduced. In 2023, trailers manufactured by Piako were branded with DB Schenker’s logo for the first time. According to Schenker, Piako’s products have met their expectations. “The interaction at the time of purchase has been good and open, meaning we have been well aware of the products’ features and quality,” says Schenker’s fleet manager Janne Nummelin.

In the collaboration, Schenker has particularly appreciated the transparency and customer-oriented approach of the service. According to them, Piako has carefully listened to their requests and addressed any complaints immediately. “Corrective actions have been taken quickly, which is extremely important to us,” Nummelin adds. In Nummelin’s opinion, one of Piako’s strengths has been direct and honest communication. “Everything has been handled openly and, above all, directly, leaving nothing unresolved,” he says.
