Durable Double-Deck Platform

The double-deck platform has a long-lasting hot-dip galvanized steel profile frame. Adjustable flow hydraulics save fuel and improve crane precision. The general cargo crane is equipped with an EN280-certified personnel basket. Our specialized expertise is represented by the particularly rigid frame designed for crane operation, which stabilizes crane operation and enables the utilization of the crane’s widest lifting capacity. The installation location of the general cargo crane can be selected either in front of or behind the platform.

Versatile Equipment Solutions

The lower deck of the double-deck platform is equipped with aluminum sliding drawers, air heating, and lighting to facilitate work even in demanding conditions. The lower deck of the platform is available with electric locking. The electrical utility equipment includes pole transport racks for both wooden and steel poles at the front and rear, fixed access ladders at the front corners and rear of the platform, and transport racks for the necessary tools.

Usability and Safety

The transport of necessary tools and equipment is also facilitated by aluminum frame boxes dimensioned according to the free space of the chassis frame and high cabinets at the front of the platform, which are available with air heating. A hydraulic winch installed at the front of the truck, steplessly controlled by the crane’s radio remote control, and towing equipment increase the versatile usability of our electrical utility equipment in various situations. Comprehensive work lights improve the safety and efficiency of work in maintenance and repair tasks performed in twilight and darkness.

Light beds are designed for vans and light trucks. Light platforms can also be manufactured for vehicle chassis drivable with a B-class license.

Light beds can be equipped with a loading crane, with a maximum lifting capacity of up to 1780 kg. A smaller, and more common, crane has a maximum lifting capacity of 990 kg. The hot-dip galvanized steel frame is extremely strong and long-lasting. With versatile equipment options, the vehicle can be equipped precisely according to the application needs.
