Versatility and Flexibility in Transport
The demountable system enables the use of different cargo spaces with the same truck, which enhances transport efficiency and reduces empty runs. For example, general cargo and temperature-controlled goods can be transported with the same truck. Quick cargo space changes between drivers and the ability to leave the cargo space for loading or unloading while performing other driving tasks simultaneously bring efficiency and flexibility to transport operations.

Choosing a demountable system instead of a fixed cargo body provides a cost-effective transport solution that saves time, keeps costs lower due to a versatile transport range (no need to invest in multiple fixed transport solutions for different uses), and makes deliveries smoother as the truck can be in operation during unloading and loading when necessary.
Hydraulic demountable system
The Piako hydraulic demountable system is exceptionally reliable and user-friendly, available with either an electric hydraulic power unit or as a vehicle towing version.
Its separate hydraulic unit allows for independent operation from the vehicle’s towing capacity, enabling easy handling of different loading heights with just one device. The maximum lifting capacity of the Piako lift is 18 tonnes, with the final load capability determined by the truck chassis used.

Fixed demountable system
The fixed platform demountable system is designed for fully air-suspended truck chassis, as this type of lift utilises the vehicle’s air suspension to raise the platform. Compared to hydraulic demountable systems, fixed platform demountable systems are slightly lighter in weight.
They feature pressure air-operated container locks, eliminating the need for hydraulic systems. The installation height of the fixed platform lift is adjustable, starting from 60 mm.
